The Post is reporting that the Fedster's people have sent out an offer to the tabloids to exclusively cover his birthday party. For $25,000 the lucky magazine will be allowed in the party, but will not be granted an interview with K-Fed. No celebrities have been confirmed to be attending so there are yet to be any takers.
