Democratic National Convention

The Convention rocked this past week. Oprah made a discreet appearance in a sky box at the stadium in Denver last night to see him accept the Democratic nomination. Earlier in the week at the Pepsi Center, Hillary and Bill gave great speeches after Michelle Obama kicked off the week before a surprising appearance and speech by Teddy Kennedy. For those of you that missed Clinton's speech, you can watch it below. It was the best of her career. Rock it out, Hills.

Must See TV

*The code to play the video is all wiggedy-whacked so click here to go to NBC's site featuring the clip*
Senator Clinton is a sore loser and has no ethical standards. Happy Mothers' Day!

SNL Just Stuck A Fork In Hillary

In preparation for the opening monologue of tonight's Saturday Night Live, we'll throw this video your way. Enjoy.

Obama Clinton '08

If you're anything like us you don't watch a lot of television, so you most likely haven't seen the "3 am phone ringing" commercial that everyone is talking about. Hillary won 3 states this past Tuesday but we guarantee it was not a result of this advertisement. It doesn't even make sense, right? Girl's gotta get her game on, or throw in the towel. If she loses Pennsylvania on the 22nd, it's time for her to concede and ask Obama to choose her as his running mate. That would be a hot ticket.

Live From New York, It's Saturday Night

In case you missed it, the opening sketch of this past weekend's 'Saturday Night Live' is above. Amy Poehler is brilliant as Senator Clinton, and Hillary's appearance makes us kind of like her...or at least not dislike her as much. It takes a great sense of humor to open a show after a sketch refers to you as annoying and Poehler says, "Life is too short to deal with this awful woman." The Syracuse references and Vincent D'Onofrio stopping by add to the fun. Enjoy.

Happy Leap Year, Yo

Sales of Dreams of My Father and The Audacity of Hope by Barack Obama have tripled in February with more than 35,000 copies purchased each week. Books by Hillary Clinton and John McCain have averaged less than 1,000 a week. Will.i.am just released another video called "We are the Ones," just in time for the Democratic primaries in Ohio and Texas this Tuesday.

We are the ones we've been waiting for.

V is for Virginia

Hillary Clinton has come a long way from being the woman behind the man. At the beginning of the speech she's giving on CNN right now, she called the last 7 years "a detour." She is not fuckin' around. If she mentions "Carlos" one more time, we're totally calling her out on jumping the shark. We know "Carlos" is there supporting you from Texas. Let's move on.
