In Honor Of Cassius Clay

Are you fucking kidding us with all the drama in h-town lately? Holy shii-ite. Whitney's back, so is Britney, so we're thinking that collaboration may be on track. Sweet. Whit-Whit met up with her Bodyguard costar, Kevin Kostner, at a Cassius Clay charity event last night. We would have used his new name, surname Ali, but we could not figure out how to spell Mohhamed. Plus, the Romano family had a dog name Cassius when I was growing up. Names aside, Whitney will always be Whitney. Welcome back, love.

Welcome Back Whitney

The ladies were out in full effect last night at the pre-Grammy party hosted by Clive Davis. Rihanna's "umbrella" is up against Beyonce's "irreplaceable" for Record of the Year. Amy Winehouse is up against Kanye West for Album of the Year. It is rumored that Whitney Houston will perform tonight with Alicia Keys. That would be hot. And what is up with Lohan's skin? She needs to stop.

We Will Always Love You

We must apologize, once again, for the lack of posting lately. "I'm freakin' dyin' ovah heeyah." Those of you that know us personally will get that reference. For the rest of our loyal readers, all we can offer is our sincerest apologies. The holidays are taking a toll with the many, many, many late nights and early mornings (that work thing) and we are sincerely sorry. We promise that we will get on the drama going on in Hollywood, albeit with rather brief posts, but you have our word. We're freakin' on it, yo. Speaking of being on it, our fave Whit-Whit performed recently in Europe and the word is that she did great with perhaps a few missed high notes. Considering where she has been and what she has achieved it is obvious that she deserves our utmost respect. Breaking Up With Bobby Brown

Whitney Houston was granted her divorce from Bobby Brown today and given full custody of daughter, Bobbi Kristina. If all goes well, the divorce will be final on April 24th. Whit Whit said of Brown's parenting skills, "If he says he's going to come, sometimes he does. Usually he doesn't." Today was apparently not one of those sometimes as Bobby didn't bother to show up in the Los Angeles court for the proceeding. Whitney left in tears and did not answer questions from reporters. An attorney for Bobby said that they will appeal the judge's decision. The guy doesn't have a place to live, is in and out of jail, doesn't pay child support on the other 27 kids he has, is an alcoholic drug abuser without a job...but he thinks he should have custody. Fun stuff.

The World Of Whitney

Whit Whit has been gettin' her groove on with Ray J., otherwise known as Brandy's little brother, also known as the guy in the Kim Kardashian sex tape. Brandy has a whole set of her own troubles after she hit a car on New Year's Eve, an accident which killed a young mother. Two huge civil lawsuits have been filed against her and the behavior of her little brother of late has not brought any peace to the Moesha family. Ray J. most likely sold the sex tape of him and Kardashian which contains footage of golden shower action. If you don't know what that means....google it. We're not about to explain. Moving on, Whitney's soon to be ex-husband, Bobby Brown, was arrested last week in Boston for failure to pay child support to the mother of his first 3 or 4 or however many kids he has. After three days in jail he was finally released after paying $19,500 that he owed. Then he lived it up on Whitney's Amex in Los Angeles as they celebrated daughter Bobbi Kristina's birthday. Stevie Wonder was also present at the dinner, and Bobby spent the whole night going back and forth from the bar to the table as he did $135 shots of VO. Brown has been crashing with random women since Whitney gave him the boot and is reportedly broke and homeless. Whitney didn't drink and was a picture of calm throughout the dinner, but was heard telling her daughter "Shut up," as she drove away from the restaurant. This reminds us of one of our favorite moments from their reality show which we like to call, "Shut up, just shut up, shut up." Enjoy.

Out With The Old, In With The New

Whitney Houston is starting fresh in the new year and selling over 300 personal items at auction. The Post reported that Whit Whit is in fact keeping her New Jersey estate and her rep said that the sale has nothing to do with the back taxes that she owes. "Many artists get rid of the old stage equipment and costuming they don't need any more. That is what is happening." Among the items are awards won by her soon-to-be ex-husband, Bobby Brown. Hopefully she'll earn enough cash to settle up with Brown and finalize the divorce before her album is released this spring. Judging by her performance (above) just two years ago following a stint in rehab, Whitney will have no problem assuming her reign. Welcome back.

Au Revoir Jerswah

Our beloved Whitney Houston was in the news this week when a public notice appeared in The Daily Record detailing the scheduled January 4th sale of her New Jersey home. The sheriff's department is looking to collect more than $1 million in back taxes and fees that she neglected to pay. Her home in Georgia where several episodes of Being Bobby Brown were filmed was also sold after foreclosure, but she still owns her home in California where she has been living recently. Judging from the above video and the standing ovation she received at the 2000 VMA's, Whit Whit will have no problem making a huge comeback. Perhaps even a Brit Brit/Whit Whit collaboration? Fierce.

Queen Of The Night

Whitney Houston attended the Carousel of Hope Ball on Saturday as the guest of her mentor Clive Davis, an honoree at the event. She was gorgeous in a dress by Armani and told reporters, "I feel great." Davis told USA Today, "She's been through emotional trauma, and everybody's rooting for her. We're going to make a killer album." As long as she stays close to Davis and away from bad influences, hers may be the greatest comeback story of all time. She officially filed for divorce from Brown a few weeks ago and is seeking full custody of their daughter. Brown is reportedly filming another season of Being Bobby Brown, but the show's popularity was due to his wife's involvement so a solo effort will be short-lived, if it ever makes it on TV. We're guessing he will be back in jail shortly.

The End Of An Era

Over the past fourteen years we've come to accept the fact that our beloved Whitney Houston married Bobby Brown and their crazy love was not to be challenged. We can remember sitting in Jill Romano's pool and wondering how on earth our hero, Whitney, could marry such a yucky person. After all these years we have acclimated ourselves to the idea that she is "Crack is Whack" Whitney and people change. As did she. A tough lesson to learn, yes, but after watching Being Bobby Brown the message was clear. Bobby and Whitney were a couple in love. Albeit a crazy drug and alcohol fueled love, but love just the same. And we cheered. Now two weeks has passed since Whitney filed for divorce and there has been no retraction. The split is now fact. Whitney is in rehab and Bobby is living with a Video Vixen, Karinna Steffans, whom we once saw on Oprah. Hopefully this is all for the best but only a hit record will tell. Rest in peace Whitney & Bobby.

How Will I Know If He's Thinking Of Me

It has been quite awhile since Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown have been in the news and the absence of their reality show from this summer's BRAVO line-up leads us to believe that they are in no shape to be on television. We only wish we could see their reaction to the new Harper's Bazaar interview in which Osama Bin Laden's former sex slave, Kola Boof, explained of the terrorist's obsession for Whitney. Boof explains, "He said that he had a paramount desire for her and although he claimed music was evil, he spoke of someday spending vast amounts of money to go to America and try to arrange a meeting. He would say how beautiful she is, what a nice smile she has, how truly Islamic she is but is just brainwashed by American culture and by her husband, Bobby Brown, whom Osama talked about having killed, as if it were normal to have women's husbands killed. He explained to me that to possess Whitney, he would be willing to break his color rule and make her one of his wives." Obviously it was quite some time ago when he had these feelings towards Whitney. In recent years, she and Bobby have inexplicably traveled to Israel which she proclaimed "my homeland," and her "nice smile" has been replaced with false teeth after years of crack cocaine use. No wonder he hates American culture so much.

Looney Tune Tuesday

Colin Farrell has been granted a restraining order against Dessarae Bradford after she approached him while he was taping the Tonight Show on Thursday. The woman walked right up to Colin on the stage and handed Jay Leno a self-published "book" called Colin Farrell: A Dark Twisted Puppy. The 31-year-old from New Jersey lives in Los Angeles, was a former phone sex operator and now fancies herself a singer. Regardless if she did that to Alec Baldwin or she's just batshit crazy, she gets an A for effort. We haven't seen a mess this hot since Whitney.

I Wanna Feel The Heat With Somebody

Perhaps Whitney's Crackity-Crack habit is a vehicle for her comeback, but when you're wearing false teeth and your sister-in-law is telling the whole world about it, we think it's time to put the crack pipe down and think of the greatest love of all. Oh? What's that? You sang that song? Exactly. And the children are our future. Teach them well and let them lead the way. We know. But, Whitney, you're embarrassing your daughter with this drug thing. Who what? Your daughter, Bobby Christina. Remember?

Whitney managed to clean up the mess she's become to perform in Italy at the Olympics. If we're lucky they filmed it for the show.

Hell To The No

Obviously the recent stint in rehab didn't stick as Whitney looks like the poster child for Crack as she stops by a mini-mart in Atlanta. So much for the big comeback we were hoping for.

TV Tonight

Being Bobby Brown is this summer's greatest debut and in tonight's episodes we're sure Whitney will have a variety of scarves, hats and "Hell, to the No's" to offer while they shop in London. 10pm on BRAVO.
