Another blind item ran a few months ago about a reality show star that couldn't gain weight because she had gastric bypass surgery back when she was chubby, which sounds a lot like Nicole Richie. That item has re-emerged, only now the girl had the surgery reversed which would explain why Nicole only stayed in the facility for one day and was out at the clubs the next night. Nothing, however, explains her decision to wear a bikini in public. Gross.
