ASHLEY'S BREAD BUTTERED BY NEW KNIFE: Megarich NYU student Ashley Olsen, who just broke up with Butter restaurant co-owner Scott Sartiano, is already making like a sandwich with Hollywood hunk Jared Leto. Us Weekly reports that the 19-year-old Olsen twin and 33-year-old Leto have been spotted everywhere in New York and L.A. A spy said Ashley is "like a giddy schoolgirl who has a new man."
