Joe Francis, creator of the Girls Gone Wild empire, was arrested this morning at the airport in Panama Beach, Florida. Francis was held in criminal contempt of court last week after he changed the terms of a 2003 settlement with underage girls that he had videotaped for his series. Francis missed the deadline to turn himself in to the court so when he arrived at the airport, security and police recognized him and threw the cuffs on him. Sucks to be him. April 10, 2007
